2 Tbsp jojoba oil

1 Tbsp argan oil

2 Tsp seabuckthorn oil

1 Tsp moringa oil (optional)


1/3 Cup pumpkin seed oil

1/3 Cup sweet almond oil

1/3 Cup jojoba oil

2 Tbsp vitamin E oil (optional)

10-15 Drops of essential oils of your choice! (like mint and citrus for day, lavender for night)


1 Tbsp yogurt

1 Tsp turmeric

1 Squeeze of lemon

1 Squeeze of raw honey

1 Tsp Manuka honey (optional)


1 Cup sugar (raw, brown or white)

1/4 Cup apricot kernel oil

1/4 Cup grapeseed oil

2 Heaping tablespoons whipped shea butter

5-6 Drops neroli oil

5-6 Drops geranium oil

3 Drops lemon essential oil

3 Drops patchouli oil


1 Small OR ½ large avocado

½-1 Cup of conditioner

2 Tbsp of carrier oil (almond, coconut, jojoba, etc.)

3-4 Drops of essential oil


Base: apricot seed oil, jojoba oil or fractionated coconut oil

+ 10-20 Drops of essential oil blends:

Seductive: 5 Drops rose oil + 10 drops sandalwood

Calming: 8 Drops lavender + 5 drops clary sage

Uplifting: 5 Drops grapefruit + 8 drops Palo Santo + 3 drops frankincense
